How can you avoid errors on data?
In order to keep data as reliable and accurate as possible it is important that a person who encodes the data or information is focused on the task he is doing. Since, the data that was encoded by that person will be the basis of other decisions and many other matters it is important that mistakes are avoided. In this way, one of the factors of making an information less reliable will be reduced. Another important reminder to protect data from errors would be proper protection from threats like viruses and many other. Installing and uprating an anti-virus software could reduce the instances of data errors caused by viruses and time to time all system scan can also help because it can keep us informed about the status of our system and files.
